Fight Club is also the TKI weekly squad training class
The classes is held in a fully matted hall where students will learn all the techniques necessary for competition,this includes pad work,take-downs,sweeps and combinations
Chief instructor Tom Tennick instructs the classes and is assisted by
Sensei S L Goodwin 5th Dan
World International Sensei Nelson Ashley.4th Dan
This class is suited to all who wish to improve their fitness and their competition skills.
Higher grades will also be introduced in refereeing and competition rules.
We will also cover rubber knife defense for teenagers and higher grades
PLEASE NOTE although some sparring gloves are provided you should have your own gloves, gum shield and protective groin guard.
