Little Tigers pre school classes
These classes are not karate classes but an interdiction to build up to karate classes
Children can get fit, learn balance, coordination, left from right, concentration and to make new friends and have fun
Parents must be present at all times in the class

Knife Self-Defence
Every first and third lesson of each month at our Lewisham/Lee club

7:30pm to 8:30pm Teenagers only class
8:30pm to 9:30pm Adults only class
We only teach teenagers and adults these moves
We are on a matted area so we can teach sweeps, takedowns, locks , holds , pressure points and breaks
All members are told these moves are to be used only in extreme circumstances for self-Defence only
But with knife crime so high, we feel this is something to be learned
We do use rubber knives to make this more realistic
We all hope your teenagers or ourselves never get into a situation like this but with knife crime so high, it's getting harder
