About TKI Shotokan Karate

Welcome to the Tigra Karate International

(TKI Shotokan Karate) website.

The TKI traditional Shotokan Karate club was founded by Tom Tennick (over 35 years teaching experience).

I would like this opportunity to welcome you to our friendly open clubs and to share our knowledge of karate with you. To bring strength, health, confidence, coordination and flexibility to your life

and to help you develop your knowledge of self-defence regardless of age.

We have seventeen different clubs to choose from in South East London and Kent.

We are a member of the following organisations:

Federation of English Karate Organisations (FEKO).

World Karate Confederation (WKC).

Federation of Martial Arts (FMA).

World Union Karate-do Federation (WUKF)

English Karate Council (EKC)

So we are a well-established group and affiliated to the world governing body WUKF.

I would also like to thank the late Senseis Pauline for all her help and knowledge over the years and for giving me the experience I now hold and the chance to pass it on to others.

I hope this web site will help you with your quest in karate and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Tom Tennick TKI Chief Instructor,

Bromley team 2004-2008 LYG
