We currently have eighteen clubs running seven days a week

Running at different times and venues

You can train at any club you wish at the stated time for your grade and age

We teach from beginners to black belt dan grades

This includes two Squad training classes - Saturdays and Wednesdays

Areas covered are Bromley, Beckenham, Lewisham/Lee, Downham, Orpington, Mottingham, Kidbrooke and Bellingham

Junior classes' ages are four years to fourteen years

Ages eleven years to fourteen years are optional due to each child's needs and confidence

Senior classes' ages are eleven years to adults
